New Website Launched!

The Concord School Board is excited to announce the launch of the next generation web site for the Elementary Building Project – concordk5project.com. The site features some of the same features as the previous site, but offers a fresh look and feel that is more focused on the construction of the new schools.

The new web site is designed to be the primary source of information for the building project. The main areas are:

• Multimedia – contains links to TV Shows, monthly construction photos, and LIVE camera feeds from each site.




• Documents – a listing of documents since we started construction, including logistics and traffic plans, construction schedules, financial impact, and much more.




• Construction – contains the project team, contact information, and construction schedule snapshot.

The site will be used as a resource to communicate the construction and financial status of the building project. We will also be adding over the coming days and months FAQ’s, social media integration, and RSS Feeds.

Since 2003, the Concord School Board has been working on a plan to reorganize the elementary school facilities due to declining enrollment, educational programming, inequities amongst facilities, code compliance and aging facilities. Over the years, many school board members, administrators, teachers, parents and community members have volunteered many hours of their time on this project. We are currently in the beginning stages of finally seeing all the hard work turned into reality. We hope that you find this site informative and we encourage everyone to get involved.
