Over the next 18 months, the construction of the three new elementary schools will be overseen by the Concord School Board and its Capital Facilities Committee, and managed by Matt Cashman, the district’s Project Manager and Director of Facilities and Planning. A list of key team members is posted to the left and the construction schedule for each school (as of February 2, 2011) is posted below. The construction schedule gives you an idea of the planning that goes into the project. The schedules below are a snapshot. They are continually monitored and updated using Primavera, a construction management software program by Oracle, used in conjunction with Harvey Construction.
